Balance is vital to good health, whether on the Pilates mat or walking the dog. In this workshop, Shari will address the wobbliness so many of us experience during classes and in daily life.

How can you improve your balance?

The workshop will include a 45-minute Pilates mat workout focusing on exercises to challenge and improve balance.
