Welcome to The Movement Factory - a Pilates and Wedding Dance studio.
 
My name is Alyssa and I am a dancer, choreographer and Pilates instructor. I am the owner and founder, and created The Movement Factory in 2011 to share my love of Pilates and dance with everyone! 
 
I offer remote group Pilates classes and individualized private training for Pilates.
I also offer customized wedding dance choreography and lessons (remote and on location).
 
I help individuals like you become stronger, healthier, and more kinesthetically connected.
I also help couples look amazing at their wedding receptions! 
 
I provide skilled, high-quality instruction with proper certifications and years of experience to help you reclaim the potential of your body in a safe and effective manner.
With an extensive career in California and Ohio I have trained and taught literally thousands of people.
