Pilates
Pilates was created by Joseph Pilates in the 20th century. I did my Pilates training in California and teach contemporary Pilates that is functional and leaves you feeling better than when you started. I always say that Pilates is my medicine - I can't live without it. It is gentle enough that you can do it every day. I have been doing Pilates for over 25 years!
