Release
Release is an intense body-weight only 65-minute physical and mental journey. This class is a true hybrid of many familiar practices - barre, pilates, yoga and bootcamp.In unison and rhythm, to a specifically designed music playlist, we work from the ground up through the body, contracting one muscle group at a time, interspersed with intense cardiovascular sequences. We will burpee, donkey kick, jump squat, mountain climb – and breathe – our way to a clearer mind and leaner body.
What you will need: Your body, Open Mind, Yoga Mat, Water, Towel, Sneakers (for sensitive knees etc.)
